Henry Fong

Henry Fong is the Vice President of Legal, Employment, and Intellectual Property at LinkedIn. Henry has over a decade of experience in global employment law and has been with LinkedIn since 2015. Prior to LinkedIn, Henry was with Gap Inc. for 8 years, where they led the creation of the company's award-winning Diversity & Inclusion strategy. Henry also served on the Pro Bono Committee for 3 years and was selected as one of Gap Foundation's "First 35" employees in 2012.

Henry Fong attended the Head-Royce School before going to the University of California, Berkeley for their B.A. Afterwards, they attended Yale Law School for their J.D.

Henry Fong reports to Blake Lawit, SVP & General Counsel. Henry Fong works with Mindy Heppberger - Chief of Staff, Legal, Amyn Thawer - VP & Head of Global Compliance & Integrity, and Kalinda Raina - VP, Chief Privacy Officer.
