Jan Rutherford is the founder of Self Reliant Leadership, LLC, established in 2011, where a philosophy centered on embracing adversity and enhancing leadership is promoted. Since 2016, Jan has co-hosted The Leadership Podcast, engaging with influential thought leaders to explore effective change. Additionally, Jan serves as an instructor on LinkedIn, teaching various leadership and management courses, and was a senior adjunct instructor at the University of Colorado Denver Business School from 2004 to 2023. Jan holds a BA in Political Science from the University of South Florida and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
