Jeff Toister

Jeff Toister is a seasoned keynote speaker and instructor focusing on service culture development through Toister Performance Solutions, Inc. since 2005. With experience as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor since 2013, Toister creates training videos aimed at enhancing professional skills. Previous roles include serving on the Board of Directors for ASTD San Diego, directing training for a large employee base at Ace Parking, managing customer service operations at Sovietski Collection, supervising call center training at Chadwick's of Boston, and leading national account management for Aramark. Toister holds a BSBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
