Jigger Perez

Jigger Perez has extensive experience in IT support and management, specializing in strategic management, technical training, and knowledgebase architecture. Jigger worked at Genentech from 2006, holding several roles including Field Service Desk Support, where they trained new hires, and Platinum Support for the Executive Committee. Prior to that, Jigger served as a Managed Services Lead Technician at Everdream, providing proactive IT support for a diverse range of clients. Jigger also gained foundational skills as a Network Abuse Technician at ICG Communications and has worked in various technical capacities at LinkedIn.
