Joe McGovern is an experienced leader in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for Major Accounts at LinkedIn Sales Solutions since January 2022. In this role, Joe leads a team to enhance customer value and drive retention and growth for major strategic and key accounts across North America. Prior to LinkedIn, Joe held managerial and consulting roles at Deloitte Consulting, where Joe managed complex product development projects in the fintech and financial services sectors. Joe's early career in the US Army included various leadership positions, culminating in the role of Infantry Company Commander, where Joe successfully improved unit performance and executed military operations. Joe holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in International Relations and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
