Johnny Lu

Johnny Lu is a talent acquisition data and operations leader with extensive experience in recruitment across various industries, including IT and financial services. They began their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Datacom and later worked as an Account Manager at Candle ICT, where they excelled in managing client relationships and recruitment processes. At Cisco, they held multiple roles, culminating in their position as Talent Acquisition Operations Leader, where they managed operations for the APJC and EMEA regions. Currently, Johnny serves as the Global TA Data and Operations Lead at LinkedIn. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Western Sydney University.
