Katherine Gilbert

Katherine Gilbert is the current Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits for EMEA & LatAm at LinkedIn. Prior to their current position, Katherine was the Director of Compensation & Benefits for EMEA & APJ at Dell from October 2012 to April 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading the C&B programs for Dell's HR and BU VP across the EMEA and APJ regions.

From January 2007 to December 2010, Katherine Gilbert served as Compensation & Benefits Manager for Emerging Countries in EMEA at Dell. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits programs for Dell employees in emerging countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
