Kathy Avila is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in developing engaging learning experiences for various organizations. Kathy's professional journey includes roles at Facebook, where project management and learner needs analysis were key responsibilities; the University of New Orleans, focusing on user acceptance testing and training content development; Republic Business Credit, where skills in performance gap analysis and training implementation were honed; and currently at LinkedIn, where the focus is on creating inclusive and effective learning programs.
