Lanis Yarzab

Lanis Yarzab is an award-winning business leader with over 15 years of experience in sales and business development within the human resources, outsourcing, and technology sectors. They served as Managing Director of Spring Professional in Japan at The Adecco Group and later held the position of Vice President of Sales for Pontoon, driving talent acquisition across APAC. Yarzab has also worked in various roles at Robert Walters, starting the Supply Chain Division in Japan and managing teams in multiple sectors. Currently, Yarzab is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science and participating in several leadership programs, while also advising for an innovative start-up in the supply chain tech space. Passionate about diversity in the workplace, they actively contribute to organizations focused on industry-wide impact.
