Lars Hertel

Lars Hertel is a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at LinkedIn, specializing in deep learning and innovative ranking models. Lars previously contributed to Honda Research Institute USA as a Computer Vision Intern, where a pedestrian detector was developed using convolutional networks. Lars also served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at UC Irvine, focusing on statistics education.
