Lauren Saunders is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing with extensive experience in leading global teams. Currently serving as Director of Global Talent Platforms and Intelligence at LinkedIn since August 2019, Lauren spearheads initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Previously, at Bank of America from July 2014 to August 2019, Lauren held several senior vice president roles, including Head of Global Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing, where strategic recruitment marketing and employer branding were key focuses. Lauren's career also includes leadership positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers LTD, specializing in diversity recruitment and graduate hiring.
