Lucia Susta

Lucia Susta is a Senior Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn, where they have been promoting internal change management and implementation consulting for large enterprise customers since 2021. Lucia co-leads the Women@LinkedIn Italy initiative, focusing on fostering an inclusive community and empowering women in their careers. They hold a Master’s Degree from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with completing an Executive Program in Sales Excellence at SDA Bocconi.
