Lydia Raye is a seasoned executive search leader currently serving as the Head of Executive Search for APAC at LinkedIn, where they spearhead recruitment and succession planning for senior-level positions. With over 10 years of experience, Lydia has previously held roles at Cornell Partnership and Heidrick & Struggles, focusing on executive search and talent management across various sectors. They relocated to Singapore in 2019 to embrace the region’s diverse culture, and they are committed to promoting inclusivity in talent management. Lydia is also pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behaviour from Harvard University and holds a BA in Geography with First-class Honours from the University of Nottingham.
