Mackenzie Nortowski

Mackenzie Nortowski is a Senior Program Manager at LinkedIn Marketing Labs, where they manage the online customer learning experience for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Previously, Mackenzie held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager at Skilljar and LiveStories, where they drove customer education initiatives and improved client support processes. They also served as an AmeriCorps member at Iowa Legal Aid and completed a fellowship with FOCUS St. Louis, focusing on leadership development and strategic consulting. Mackenzie is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and International Studies with a Global Health Studies Certificate at the University of Iowa.
