Matt Eliet

Matt Eliet has a diverse professional background combining sports and corporate experience. Beginning as an Academy Player with Saracens RFC and later a Senior Academy Player with Exeter Chiefs, Matt transitioned into a successful career in recruitment and business development. Notably, Matt served as a Recruitment Consultant at Mana Search, focused on the fintech sector, and has held various roles in account management and business development at Codat, specializing in the APAC market. Currently, Matt works as an Account Director at LinkedIn, collaborating with key UK Public Sector accounts to enhance talent acquisition and learning initiatives. Additionally, Matt holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from the University of Exeter.
