Matt Geller

Matt Geller is a seasoned DesignOps leader currently serving as a Staff Design Program Manager at LinkedIn, where they oversee design operations and program management for the Growth and Premium lines of business. Previously, Geller held positions at Hulu as a Senior Design Ops Manager and Design Program Manager, focusing on empowering design teams and establishing efficient frameworks. They have also led design operations at Wish and worked in various roles at a stealth startup and Cincinnati Ballet. Geller is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre at Northern Kentucky University.
