Mia McConnell

Mia McConnell is an experienced Product Manager and Associate Partner with a strong background in supporting startups and driving product growth. Currently, Mia leads the growth of LinkedIn Jobs at LinkedIn and serves as a founding member of inVest Ventures, a community VC fund for startups founded by LinkedIn alumni. Previously, Mia held key roles at Nextdoor, including managing neighbor acquisition and local business engagement, and at LinkedIn in various capacities involving business operations and analytics. Mia's early career included internships in finance and research within the healthcare sector. Mia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and has also studied at UNSW and The London School of Economics.
