Michele S. currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development at LinkedIn, since February 2019, where significant achievements include leading the end-to-end acquisition of Oribi and playing a key role in the acquisition of Drawbridge. Prior to LinkedIn, Michele held the position of Principal in the M&A Office of the CTO at Intuit, contributing to notable acquisitions such as TSheets, Applatix, and Exactor. Michele's experience also includes a tenure at PwC as a Manager in Deals, overseeing deals for Fortune 100 technology companies, and a strategy role at Northrop Grumman focused on process improvement and strategic implementation. Michele began a career as a Financial Analyst at The Walt Disney Company. Michele holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Finance/Operations from the University of Southern California.
