Neha Dalvi has a diverse background in recruitment and human resources, beginning with a role as an HR Executive at MASTER MIND CONSULTANCY from February 2015 to August 2016, where Neha implemented a "candidate-first" job application process and enhanced sourcing through talent rediscovery. Following this, Neha worked at XL Recruiters as a Techie Hunter from November 2016 to July 2018, focusing on end-to-end IT recruitment and client management. In December 2021, Neha joined Antal International as a TechRuiter for a brief period until February 2022.
