Niha Mathur is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in enterprise innovation and technology optimization. Currently, Niha serves as Vice President of Engineering at LinkedIn, where responsibilities include managing a large global organization focused on content technology, productivity engineering, and enterprise platforms. Concurrently, Niha co-leads the Women in Tech initiative and holds a position on the Board of Directors at Sand Hill Angels, contributing to investment strategies in startups.
