Nikhil Patel

Nikhil (Nik) Patel is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in talent development and management, currently serving as a Sr. Talent Partner and Manager of the Center of Excellence for Talent Development at LinkedIn since February 2015. Nikhil has held various roles within LinkedIn's Learning & Development department, including Program Manager positions focused on learning experience and operations, as well as customer success and operations roles within talent acquisition. Prior to LinkedIn, Nikhil managed multiple store operations at The UPS Store and worked as a teacher at the Children's Center for the Stanford Community. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of the Pacific.
