Nikki Redmond

Nikki (Rojas) Redmond is a growth-minded strategy and operations leader with a passion for customer experience and go-to-market strategy. Currently serving as the Director of GTM Enablement at LinkedIn, Nikki leads high-impact programs to enhance readiness and enablement across the organization. Previously, Nikki held significant roles at companies such as Zendesk, where they developed customer success strategies, and Salesforce, where they contributed to the Business Value Strategy in Customer Success. Nikki earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management with an International Business concentration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
