Nitika Sood

Nitika Sood is a results-driven technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technical Program Management & BSAs at LinkedIn, where they lead strategic planning, manage systems portfolios, and ensure cross-functional alignment for Go-To-Market programs. Nitika has previously held roles at companies such as Xilinx, Yahoo!, Mercury Interactive, and Symantec, where they drove significant operational improvements and managed large-scale implementations. They earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Punjabi University and completed a Data Science program at the University of California, Berkeley.
