Prachi Poddar

Prachi Poddar is a skilled machine learning engineering manager with extensive experience in AI platform innovation and MLOps. At Etsy, Prachi led the development of a next-gen feature system, significantly reducing the time to productionize new ML features and powering critical ML models across multiple engineering teams. Previously at Twitter, Prachi played a pivotal role as a senior software engineer, introducing patented topic-based features that enhanced user engagement and retention.
