Rachit Kumar is a seasoned data and AI leader with 13 years of experience in data science and business problem-solving across eight industries. Currently, Rachit leads the Sales and Payments AI team at LinkedIn, focusing on optimizing sales operations and driving significant revenue impact through advanced machine learning capabilities. Previously, Rachit held various roles at LinkedIn, including Senior Data Scientist and Staff Data Scientist, and co-founded a startup for soft skills training. Rachit has also worked as a Data Science Consultant at Affine Analytics, where they played a pivotal role in enhancing client communication and project delivery.
