Rahul Tandra is the Head of AI Safety at LinkedIn, where they lead efforts in developing algorithms and infrastructure to ensure the safe deployment of Generative AI across the platform. With a background as a Senior Engineering Manager focused on privacy-preserving machine learning for Ads, Rahul has successfully implemented technologies that enhance member trust and regulatory compliance. Prior to LinkedIn, they held engineering positions at Qualcomm and Uhana, contributing significantly to advancements in machine learning and network AI. Rahul holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
