Roberta Chew

Roberta Chew is a PMO leader with expertise in HR enablement, transformation, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Director and Head of HR Enablement at LinkedIn, Roberta champions people-focused projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience. Previously, Roberta held leadership roles at Deloitte and the Asia America MultiTechnology Association, where they developed and managed various programs driving engagement and growth. Roberta's academic journey continues at the University of California, San Diego, where they pursue a BA in Communication.
