Rush Dufner

Rush Dufner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and account management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Insights Consultant for LinkedIn since March 2018, Dufner specializes in workforce and hiring intelligence. Prior to LinkedIn, Dufner held several positions at PowerToFly, including Enterprise Account Director and Director of Customer Success, focusing on connecting diverse talent with career opportunities. Dufner's earlier roles include Customer Success Manager at Unisteel Technology Limited, where responsibility included the Apple iPhone business, and Account Manager at Cypress Semiconductor, managing significant sales revenue in Northern California. Dufner also founded a promotional products business and held various sales and technical support roles at Molex.
