Ryan Kist is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with nearly 20 years of experience in recruiting and management. Currently serving as LinkedIn's Global Director of Inclusion Recruiting, Ryan leads efforts to attract and retain diverse talent while driving global inclusion strategies. Prior to LinkedIn, Ryan spent 16 years at EY, where they successfully executed campus recruiting initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, resulting in significant increases in Black and Latino hires. A graduate of Saint Vincent College with a double major in Pre-Law and Economics, Ryan is also dedicated to mentoring and empowering underrepresented minorities through various high school programs and advisory roles.
