Sara Allen

Sara Allen has over 15 years of experience in various roles spanning customer success, recruitment, and operations management. Presently, they serve as the Global External Partnerships Co-Lead for Women@ LinkedIn, where they focus on building impactful partnerships with external stakeholders. Previously, they held positions at LinkedIn as a Senior Customer Success Manager and at ZipRecruiter as an Enterprise Account Executive, winning the President's Chair Award in 2017. Their earlier career includes roles as Center Director/HR Manager at Century City Medical Group and Operations Supervisor at Washington Mutual Bank. Sara has also contributed to the American Cancer Society and serves as a Board Member for the Cancer Hope Foundation.
