Shane Hughes is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at LinkedIn. Previously, Shane held multiple Vice President roles at Salesforce, including positions focused on North America, Retail & Consumer Goods, and Global Success Plan Products. Prior to Salesforce, Shane was the Strategic Account Management Vice President at Eliza Corporation, which was later acquired by HMS Holdings Corp. As the Founder and CEO of Pyxis Mobile, Shane demonstrated entrepreneurial prowess, and earlier experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at Accenture. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, earned between 1989 and 1993.
