Tim Smith

Tim Smith is currently the Head of Large Enterprise Sales for Talent Solutions at LinkedIn, where they lead a team focused on integrating AI solutions into recruitment workflows across South East Asia. Tim previously held various leadership roles at LinkedIn, including Regional Manager and Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager. They also had significant experience at Hays, managing recruitment teams and business development in Hong Kong and Tasmania. Tim is an alumnus of the University of Tasmania and participated in Perplexity’s 2025 Business Fellowship to further develop skills in the field.
