Viviann Li

Viviann Li has extensive experience in sales solutions support and technical advisory roles, primarily within LinkedIn and Apple. Since March 2019, Viviann has progressed through various titles at LinkedIn, culminating in the position of Lead, Sales Solutions Support. Prior to this, Viviann served as a Senior Technical Advisor at Apple from March 2016 to February 2019, providing technical assistance for Apple products in Mandarin, specifically for China consumers. Additionally, Viviann held the role of Program Specialist, focusing on employee engagement and enhancements to the company’s internal platform, particularly in the JAPAC region. Viviann holds a degree in Computer Science, Information System from Multimedia University, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
