Xiaoyu Yang

Xiaoyu Yang is a staff software engineer at LinkedIn, bringing over eight years of experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems. They specialize in information retrieval and search engine development, having worked on various search products, including web search and vertical search. Previously, Xiaoyu held roles as a senior software engineer at Bloomberg LP and Ask.com, as well as a research assistant at the Operating System and Computer Architecture Research Lab at UC. Xiaoyu is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Cincinnati while holding a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
