Claudia Bardales

Claudia Bardales is an experienced product design professional, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer at Linker Finance since January 2023, following a tenure as Director of Product Design at Hello Iconic from November 2014 to April 2024. At Linker Finance, Claudia leads discovery sessions for custom features and oversees the development of the Linker Connect Admin Panel. Previous roles include Head of Product Design for various fintech projects and overseeing UX and design for platforms involving blockchain and NFTs. Claudia's expertise encompasses a broad range of industries, including technology startups and large corporations in the US and LATAM, complemented by a BFA in Graphic Design from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana and recent studies in Marketing Technology at Reforge. Additionally, Claudia has experience as a freelance graphic designer and photographer, contributing to notable pro bono projects.
