Hans Chien

Hans Chien has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Hans began their career as a Dealer Sales & Marketing Specialist at ASUS in 2010. Hans then worked at Washington Window International Consulting as a Consultant, where they assisted the government in promoting an economic policy. Hans later became a Project Manager at the same company. Chien then joined TKB e-Learning as a Product Manager, where they transformed traditional learning materials into an e-Learning platform. Hans also worked at Questrom School of Business, Boston University as an Intern. Chien then joined Wayfair as an Associate Product Manager, where they played a key role in developing the Interior Design Service feature of the platform. Hans also worked at Green Packet Berhad as a Product Manager, where they coordinated the development process of the Roadmio mobile application and analyzed the domestic market. Chien then became a Business Development Manager at Big x Reality, where they were responsible for the business strategy and client development of XR training simulation globally. Finally, they joined TPIsoftware, where they held the roles of Business Strategy Manager and Product Manager. In these positions, they focused on increasing the market share of DigiFusion series products and managing the feature development of digiLogs.

Hans Chien's education history includes a Master of Science in Digital Innovation (MS) from Boston University, with a field of study in Management Science. Hans also holds a micro-master degree in Digital Product Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In addition, Hans has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Widener University, specializing in Project Management, Information System & Data Analysis.

Hans has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Hans is an Information Security Management Systems Lead Auditor certified by the ISO - International Organization for Standardization, which they obtained in September 2021. Hans also holds a certification in Elastic Stack (ELK) from TibaMe 學習網, acquired in May 2021. In June 2018, Hans obtained a Python 3 Foundation certification from SoloLearn. Hans has also completed certifications in Business Analytics for Data-Driven Decision Making, Digital Product Management, HTML Fundamentals, and SQL Fundamentals from various institutions such as edX and SoloLearn. Other certifications include Designing for Experimentation to Enhance Digital Business Innovation (acquired in March 2018), Strategic Social Media Marketing (acquired in December 2017), Platform Strategy for Business (acquired in October 2017), and Product Management with Lean, Agile, and System Design Thinking (acquired in September 2017).
