Terry Tsoukalas has over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, specializing in risk management across various roles in banking and custody, including positions at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority and Westpac Group. Currently, Terry serves as the Head of Strategic Initiatives, Reporting and Analytics at MUFG Pension & Market Services, where they lead enterprise risk reporting and the development of standardized reporting frameworks. Terry's expertise includes operational risk capital, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of high-quality outcomes, supported by a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
