Mario Armas

Mario Armas has a diverse range of work experience. Mario is currently the CEO & Co-Founder at linkhub.ai, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Professor of Business Messaging and Conversational Commerce Strategy at The Valley Digital Business School and Esade starting in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Conversational AI Evangelist at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM. Before that, they were the Voice Assistants, Cognitive Contact Center, and Chatbots Manager at everis from 2018 to 2019. Mario also worked at Banco de Crédito BCP, where they held various roles including Product Owner of Chatbots and Cognitive Contact Center and Sub Gerente Adjunto de Recursos Humanos. Additionally, they have experience as a Professor of Digital Strategy at Instituto Toulouse Lautrec. Mario began their career in 2008 as a Trainee at Banco de Crédito BCP and has also worked at Indecopi Oficial as an Analyst in Digital Communications. Mario Armas' expertise lies in the fields of conversational AI, business messaging, generative AI, GPT, and digital strategy.

Mario Armas has a diverse education history. Mario obtained a Master's degree in Digital Transformation and Digital Business from Esade in 2015-2016. In the same year, they undertook a Digital Strategy immersion program at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley. In 2012, Mario completed a Diplomatura in Digital Marketing from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Prior to this, between 2004 and 2010, they studied Communication Sciences with a focus on Advertising and Marketing at Universidad de San Martín de Porres. Apart from their formal education, Mario also acquired a certificate in Gamification from Wharton Executive Education in February 2014.
