Alexandra Beidas

Alexandra Beidas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment and incentives law. Since March 2017, Alexandra has served as a Trustee at St Mungo's, currently holding the position of Vice Chair and leading the People Committee while also being a member of the Audit & Risk Committee. At Linklaters, where Alexandra has been since January 2006, a significant role as Partner and Global Practice Head of Employment & Incentives has been undertaken since 2021, following a progression from Associate to Managing Associate across various departments. Earlier career experience includes working as a Trainee Solicitor and Associate at Norton Rose from January 2002 to December 2005. Alexandra holds a Law LLB degree from King's College London and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
