Anne Wachsmann-Guigon

Anne Wachsmann-Guigon has extensive experience in competition law, particularly in merger and antitrust matters across various sectors including automotive and pharmaceutical, serving as a Partner at Linklaters since 1999. Notably, Anne has advised Apple in its appeal against a €1.8 billion fine from the European Commission. Additionally, Anne is the National Head of the Competition Practice and serves as a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe, where a seminar on merger control is taught. As President of the Fondation d’entreprise Linklaters, Anne oversees initiatives in inclusive education and cultural patronage. Admitted to the Paris Bar since 1994, previous experience includes work at Gide Loyrette Nouel and other legal education roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of European Studies and a law degree from the University of Strasbourg.
