Bradley Richardson

Bradley Richardson is a Partner and Counsel at Linklaters LLP, having joined the firm in January 2019. In this role within the Employment & Incentives team, Bradley provides innovative and commercial advice on employee incentive programs, executive remuneration arrangements, corporate governance, and remuneration regulation. Prior to Linklaters, Bradley served as a Senior Associate specializing in Remuneration and Incentives at Herbert Smith Freehills from September 2009 to November 2018. Bradley holds a MA (Cantab) in Law from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2005, and attended Peter Symonds College in Winchester from 2000 to 2002.
