Cara Hegarty

Cara Hegarty is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in executive remuneration and employee share plans, currently serving as a Partner at Linklaters since August 2014. Previous roles include Managing Associate and Associate in the Incentives division at Linklaters, as well as Manager and Senior Consultant at EY Australia, where a strong emphasis was placed on remuneration strategy and executive benchmarking. Cara began the legal career as a paralegal at Freehills and progressed through various positions at Mallesons Stephen Jaques and Linklaters during a dual qualification in England & Wales and New South Wales, Australia, holding degrees in Law and Communications from the University of Technology Sydney.
