Charlotte Levin

Charlotte Levin is a Partner at Linklaters since March 2022, previously serving as a Partner and advokat at Advokatfirman Vinge KB from April 2012 to March 2022. Charlotte's career at Linklaters began in March 2001 as a Managing Associate and advokat, specializing in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and company law, with a focus on domestic and international IPOs, rights issues, public takeovers, and convertible bond issues. Additionally, Charlotte has experience as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Husqvarna as a secondee from Linklaters in early 2009, and as inhouse counsel at Lehman Brothers' ECM department. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Baker & McKenzie from June 2000 to February 2001.
