Christian Storck

Specialised experience in debt capital markets and structured finance with a focus on OTC derivatives covering all asset classes, repackaging and securitisation, Schuldschein loans and German registered bonds (Namensschuldverschreibungen), repo and securities lending as well as hybrid instruments such as exchangeables and convertibles.

He also advises on the establishment and update of debt issuance programmes aimed at institutional investors as well as retail structured platforms. Christian is qualified in German and English law.

Christian is a member of the drafting commission of the Loan Market Association (LMA). In addition, he frequently appears as key note speaker at conferences on private placements in Europe and Schuldschein loans.
