Dominique Bouma

Dominique Bouma is a Dutch qualified lawyer based in Amsterdam, specializing in domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as private equity. Currently an Associate at Linklaters since September 2020, Dominique's expertise includes providing legal guidance on private M&A transactions and participating in various local and cross-border deals. Previous experience encompasses roles as a Junior Associate in dispute resolution and corporate/M&A, along with internships focusing on corporate law and dispute resolution at prominent law firms such as Van Doorne and Houthoff.
