Dr Daniel Pauly

Dr. Daniel Pauly is a leading legal professional with extensive experience in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) sector. Currently serving as the Head of the German TMT practice and a Partner at Linklaters since 2006, Daniel has previously held roles as Managing Associate and Associate at the same firm. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at White & Case LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Daniel's academic background includes an Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen in Law and Political Studies from the University of Konstanz, a Certificat d'Etudes Politiques from Sciences Po Aix, and studies at The University of Bonn.
