Elizabeth Dowd

Elizabeth Dowd is a partner at Linklaters, where since 2007, the focus has been on regulatory investigations and advisory work for financial institutions, including extensive involvement in FCA and PRA investigations. This work encompasses issues such as systems and controls, benchmark manipulation, and market abuse. Elizabeth has also held roles as a Managing Associate, concentrating on cross-border commercial litigation and regulatory matters for international financial institutions, with experience in global antitrust actions and complex financial disputes. Previous positions include Legal Counsel at the Bank of England and Deutsche Bank. Elizabeth holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University.
