Harry Eddis

Harry Eddis is a partner in the financial regulatory group at Linklaters, where since November 2010, expertise has focused on advising banks and financial services firms regarding regulatory issues, particularly in market infrastructure and the implications of EMIR and MIFID. Previously, from July 2006 to October 2010, Harry served as an executive director at Morgan Stanley, providing legal coverage for equity derivatives and specializing in the structuring and negotiation of structured equity financings. Educational background includes a 2:1 Hons degree in Philosophy and Politics from Durham University, obtained from 1990 to 1994, and attendance at Eton College from 1984 to 1989.
