Heidi Plant

Heidi Plant has a diverse background in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as Trainee Broker Recruitment Support at Clarksons since May 2023 and Student Engagement Lead & Coach at Access Alternatives since October 2022. Additionally, Heidi provides Trainee Lawyer Recruitment Support at Linklaters and has been an Associate at Gradcore, focusing on developmental assessment center experiences. Prior to these roles, Heidi took a career break from June 2011 to November 2017 and worked as a Freelance Graduate Recruiter at Graduate Solutions, where responsibilities included screening applications and conducting interviews. Earlier career experiences include part-time project work in HR at Barclays Capital, business development at Odgers, Ray and Berndtson, and extensive experience as Global Head of Graduate Recruitment at UBS, managing the recruitment of approximately 400 graduates globally. Heidi holds a BA Hons in Languages for Business from Oxford Brookes University.
