Holly Wood is a DEI and Wellbeing Advisor at Linklaters since November 2018, where responsibilities include delivering DEI initiatives and supporting wellbeing across the firm's global network. Prior roles at Linklaters involved assisting in diversity and wellbeing efforts, planning events, and providing PA support to the Global Head of Talent & Engagement. Holly's career includes positions at BDO UK LLP as a Senior PA and Tech & Media Marketing Administrator, and at Moore Stephens International as a Senior Secretary/PA within corporate audit. Earlier experience includes administrative support at the British Bankers' Association and a role as a Call Centre Agent at Barclays. Holly holds a BACP Accredited Diploma in Counselling and a Certificate in Humanistic Counselling Skills, along with a Legal Secretaries Diploma from Regent's University London.
